Using Your Phone

Find uniFLOW Online Print & Scan in Google Play Store or Apple Store.
 

  1. Search for "uniFLOW Online Print & Scan" with the developer as either "NT-Ware" or "NT-ware Systemprogrammierung GmbH"
  2. Download and install the app.
  3. On the "Welcome to uniFLOW Online" click the Next button.
  4. For "Login" select Login via QR code.
  5. Log into uniFLOW.
  6. Choose the mobile icon from the top menu.
  7. Using the number your mobile device displays, enter the code into the Connect Device screen and click Next.
      
  8. Click Scan QR Code on your device. If asked, allow While using the app.
     
  9. Scan the QR code with your phone.
  10. Click close on Connect Device.
  11. The following screens will be available on your mobile device using the menu across the bottom.
  • Dashboard showing your activity:
  • Print to allow you to scan to print or upload a file.
  • My queue allowing you to see what documents you currently have queued.
