1. Choose the "Student Schedule (Grad)" tab on the appropriate student's profile.
2. This information is imported from PeopleSoft and cannot be edited.
3. A student's total unit count is displayed at the top.
4. Below the total unit count are four sections: Upcoming Terms, for courses they are registered for in the future, Current Term, for courses they are currently enrolled in, Previous Term, for courses from the last term to end, and Historic Terms, for all other courses. Each section displays a unit total. The term categories update around the first date of a new term.
5. Each section displays course name, term, grade, and units. This can help identify missing grades and unit shortfalls.
