Assigning Screeners

The article explains how to assign screeners to applications in Slate admissions.

Detail

1. In the Reader, click Browse. Then go to your Complete bin.

2. Click Build Query in the top right.

3. Click Run Query.

4. Choose Bin under Batch Management in the dropdown, then click Export.

5. Next choose the following in the dropdowns:

    a.    Bin Action – Set Bin
    b.    Bin – Your Program – Screener Review (This will move the applications to that bin)
    c.    Queue Action – Add Readers
    d.    Add Readers – Start typing the name of the screener you would like to add. The name will pop up with their email address underneath in case there are multiples. Please select the appropriate user(s). (Note you can assign as many screeners as you would like at a time.)

6. Select the applicants you would like to assign the screeners above to on the left-hand side, then click Update Selected. If you want to add screeners to all records simply click Update All instead and the system selects all records and assigns them.
