1. Choose the "Appointment" tab on the appropriate student's profile.
2. On the tab, you can view both current and historical listings of student appointment data. This data includes: Department, Status, Job, Category, Funding Source, Award Title, Dates, and Department Contact.
3. Most of this data cannot be edited, and new listings cannot be added manually. Only the Funding Source and Award Title can be updated by clicking on the appropriate listing.
4. In the popup, you can:
A. Add or edit the Funding Source by choosing among Fellowship, Training Grant, or Other in the dropdown.
B. Add or edit the Award Title by entering it in the free-text field.
5. Click Save to save your changes.
