For departments, the Workspace Reservation System (Condeco) is now available and lets you search and book workspaces and meeting spaces, check availability, manage reservations, and locate colleagues. To request access to the Workspace Reservation System, please contact the Technology Help Desk at 412-624-HELP (4357) and a ticket will be created. Please allow five business days for processing.

Key Benefits:

  • Finding and reserving available workstations, offices, and conference rooms
  • Leveraging online, self-service scheduling to manage workforce space requirements
  • Enabling those managing workspaces to analyze usage patterns and adjust accordingly

Getting Started Using Condeco is Easy:

  1. Log in to myPitt using multifactor authentication, then click Start.

  2. You will be prompted to complete information for your Condeco profile on the Home page. Click OK, then select the Location & Language tab.

  3. From the dropdown lists, make the selections for Meeting spaces and Personal spaces:

    • Country

    • Building

    • Group — select your Department's Space (for example, Pitt IT Space)

    • Floor — for Meeting Spaces select all floors, for Personal spaces select a default Floor

    • Language (choose one)

    Note: Additional tabs are available to add more profile information. You can make additional updates now or at any time through the Profile option on the right-hand side of the menu ribbon.

  4. Click Save.

  5. You can start using Condeco on the web to make workspace and meeting reservations.
