Overview
Microsoft Learn for Educators enables Pitt faculty to supplement their courses with online learning paths and instructor-led training materials from Microsoft. Faculty can access ready-to-teach curriculum, teaching materials, and pre-built labs aligned to industry-recognized Microsoft Certifications for Azure ― Microsoft’s cloud computing platform ― as well as other tool. Students can also pursue optional certifications to augment their existing degree path and validate the skills needed to be successful across various technical careers.

Get Started
- Visit the Microsoft Learn for Educators webpage and click Sign Up at the top of the page.
- Click Individual Educator.
- Follow the steps to create a Microsoft Learn profile. Note that you will need both a Pitt email address and a personal email address to complete this process.
- Go to the Microsoft Learn for Educators portal to complete the sign up process. Note that you must sign in to the portal with your Microsoft account, not your Pitt account.
- Explore the Skillable instruction modules to discovery everything you can do with Microsoft Learn.
- Note: Once you have set up your class in Microsoft Learn, your students can access it using their Pitt credentials.
