Issue

Browser pop-ups must be allowed to View Unofficial Transcript, Academic Advisement, Degree Progress or What-If Report PDF's in PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX. If clicking to view the PDF of these reports and the PDF does not render, the most common issue is the browser is blocking the pop-ups. Check your browser and enable pop-ups for the site, then attempt to view the PDF again. It should open a new, pop-up window.

Resolution

Pop-ups must be allowed to open, view a PDF from PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX.  This can be done in a variety of ways and depends on the browser that is being used.
