Unable to View Unofficial Transcript, Academic Advisement, Degree Progress or What-If Report PDF's in PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX.

The purpose of this article is to explain how to view unofficial transcript PDF or resolve the error message: "Unexpected Error Occurred" when attempting to open a PDF in HighPoint CX.

Issue

Unable to View Unofficial Transcript, Academic Advisement, Degree Progress or What-If Report PDF's in PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX.

 

Resolution

Browser pop-ups must be allowed to View Unofficial Transcript, Academic Advisement, Degree Progress or What-If Report PDF's in PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX. If clicking to view the PDF of these reports and the PDF does not render, the most common issue is the browser is blocking the pop-ups. Check your browser and enable pop-ups for the site, then attempt to view the PDF again. It should open a new, pop-up window.
