Overview
Guide for using Small Conference Room hardware at Assembly, including flat screen, soundbar, Clickshare system, and ensuring telecom software settings for audio/video.

Getting Started:
- First, turn on the flatscreen display if it is not already on
- Plug in Clickshare wireless button into user's laptop. The button will briefly blink white, then change to solid white when ready to use. If the button is solid white and the below image is not displayed on the display, verify that the display is powered on.
- When the above image is on the display, press the Clickshare button, which should mirror the laptop's display on the larger screen.
- The soundbar's sound, video, and microphone should all be available and likely automatically enabled on the user's laptop.
Meeting Controls
Presenters should ensure that their telecom software (Zoom, Teams, etc) is using the speakers, microphone, and camera from the all-in-one soundbar before presenting. Examples using Teams are below.
****Remember, these devices only become available to you if the Clickshare button is plugged into the user's PC, solid red, and displaying to the screen.****
