The shortcut is "O" drive
INSTALLER CANNOT BE RAN VIA SCCM
Dolphin Updater is the main licensing application and must be running at all times
The server sdm-dolphin has a license dongle
Don't touch anything in Dolphin.ini as it will break the install and run process. This is the main custom data file for Dolphin.
Dolphin does not distribute their software online. You must request an updated install DVD be mailed for $22.50.
If you are trying to repair Dolphin or don't want to wait for incremental updates, you can run the latest version of the installers: \\sdm-dolphin\dolphin$\Working\Data\DUS\Updates
If Dolphin randomly crashes that is usually a corrupt file. Completely wipe Dolphin and reinstall from scratch. If it still crashes, Dolphin support can better trace with their tools (we don't have access).
If you have to call Dolphin support be prepared to be on hold for up to 1 - 2 hours. Current record is 3.5 hours. Do not select a call back - they don't do it.

Install files are on the distribution point but Dolphin cannot be installed via a deployment or user self service in Software Center.

Confirm the PC is mapping to O:\ to sdm-dolphin. If the O Drive is not there, then the machine is in the wrong OU in Active Directory. Move it.
Go to \\sdm-sccm-dp-01\software_Dist\Dolphin
Copy all three folders to C:\ (Microsoft OneDrive folder redirect will break the installers if you move to Desktop)
Run the install files from the following folders in this particular order
1. Dolphin (install19imaging.bat)
2. Aquarium (install19aquarium.bat)
3. Updater (the MSI)
Run all Dolphin updates from the application updater OR run two updates from dolphin server
