Log into the room PC
Open Zoom and joining the Meeting
Join with audio and turn on the camera
Have the presenter log into their laptop and join without their camera or audio and have them mute their device
Have the presenter open their PowerPoint and share their screen
Check audio to make sure everything works correctly
In the other Rooms:
Connect the Clickshare to their device
Have them log in to zoom and join the meeting
Have them open their PowerPoint and share screen
They can either use their laptop mic or if connected with the Clickshare they can use the rooms audio and mics
Check audio to make sure there's no feedback
Presenter View with Zoom:
If you need the audience to see a full slide while the presenter can see their notes/next slide, but presenter view is not allowing this, there is a workaround.
1)With the presentation open and in the zoom meeting select share screen.
2)Select the 'advanced' option at the top
3)Select 'share a portion of the screen'
4)Drag green box over desired area and expand to fit
5)Select Share
