How-to Force Outlook to Old View

Last resort if New Outlook Toggle slider does not work. By following the steps below you can force the old version.

 

  1. Go to Registry Editor

  2. Navigate to the following Pathway

       -  Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences

  3. Find at the bottom UseNewOutlook and double click this.

  4. Change the Value to 0

  5. Restart Outlook.
