Audio Visual Event Support

The Health Sciences A/V Support team provides pre-event consultation, education, training, as well as live-event support for technology in Health Science classrooms and conference rooms. We facilitate the use of educational technology in Health Sciences classrooms and conference rooms to ensure successful in-person events, as well as hybrid and remote presentations using modern technology solutions and video conferencing platforms.

• High-Profile Event Support: Assist with in person support for high-profile events that require dedicated staffing to ensure your event stays on schedule
• Break Fix Solutions: Assist with break-fix solutions in the conference room and classrooms across the Health Sciences

• Setup and Testing: Assist with the setup of technology for your event day, providing preliminary testing of equipment to ensure functionality
• Hybrid and Remote Presentation: Assist with Hybrid Event integrations using platforms like Teams and Zoom
• Live-Event Support: Assist with event equipment setup/production/recording/ and livestreaming services where applicable.
