Avaya Voicemail Retiring

Overview

The Avaya Voicemail system will be retiring.  All users / phone numbers requiring Voicemail should be transitioned to Teams.

Detail

Please submit a Telecom Service Request regarding Teams Numbers
You will need your 32 digit account number for the form.

Helpful hints for the form:

1. Choose Voice and Data Services Request
2. Enter the Supervisor's Username (Pitt Username, not alias) and click the spyglass icon to autofill
3. Click Next
4. Enter the End User Username (Pitt Username, not alias) and click the spyglass icon to autofill
5. Order Type = Voice
6. Requested Action = Change
7. Service = Service Type
8. Enter Phone Number (412xxxxxxx)
9. Click Add
10. You'll see your order added to the page. Click Next
11. Review all information on the last page, and fill in what's needed. Click Validate once everything is filled in, then click Submit.
