Enterprise Digital Signage - Logging into Poppulo Help Community

Overview

Gaining access to the Digital Signage vendor documentation has a two step process to gain access.  

Register for Vendor Support Documentation

• Log into Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
• Click on the Help Community Link on the top of the page.
  • 
• You will See the following Screen
  • *** If you See ANY other Screen Log out of the Poppulo pages and log back in ****
  • First time Visitors will need to Register
    • You will see the following form
      • After Registration you will have to wait for a confirmation from the vendor for access.

Access Vendor Documentation (Dashboard)

• Log into Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
• Click on the Help Community Link on the top of the page.

• You will See the following Screen
  • *** If you See ANY other Screen Log out of the Poppulo pages and log back in ****
  • Do Not Fill out the login and password fields.
  • Click on the "Login with FWI" ​​​
    • You should see the following screen

Access Vendor Documentation (Waffle Menu)

• Log into Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
• Click on the Waffle Icon in the upper right corner.
  • 
  • Click on the Help Community Link in the waffle drop down.
  • 
• You will See the following Screen

    • Do Not Fill out the login and password fields.
