Overview
Gaining access to the Digital Signage vendor documentation has a two step process to gain access.
Register for Vendor Support Documentation
Log into
Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
Click on the Help Community Link on the top of the page.
You will See the following Screen
*** If you See ANY other Screen Log out of the Poppulo pages and log back in ****
First time Visitors will need to
Register
You will see the following form
After Registration you will have to wait for a confirmation from the vendor for access.
Access Vendor Documentation (Dashboard)
Log into
Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
Click on the Help Community Link on the top of the page.
You will See the following Screen
*** If you See ANY other Screen Log out of the Poppulo pages and log back in ****
Do Not Fill out the login and password fields.
Click on the
"Login with FWI"
You should see the following screen
Access Vendor Documentation (Waffle Menu)
Log into
Poppulo Harmony (fwicloud.com)
Click on the Waffle Icon in the upper right corner.
Click on the Help Community Link in the waffle drop down.
You will See the following Screen

Do Not Fill out the login and password fields.
Click on the
"Login with FWI"
You should see the following screen
