Using the Student Dashboard for Streams Program Tracking

Overview

The student dashboard for the Streams program allows students to submit their relevant experiences and track their progress toward program requirements. These submissions are also available for advisors and program administrators to review.

Detail

1. Access the dashboard at this link: https://learn.hs.pitt.edu/manage/login?realm=&r=/portal/streams_student

2. Log in with your Pitt SSO if requested.

3. The dashboard displays your stream, your current, your progress toward completing stream requirements, and a table of all submitted experiences.

4. To submit an experience, click the "Add New Submission" button.

5. In the popup window, fill out the details of the experience. All fields are required.

6. The "Type of Experience" dropdown will display only types relevant to your stream.

7. For experiences where curriculum phase is relevant, ensure you choose the proper option.

8. If appropriate for the experience type, you will also be prompted to enter the number of hours spent.

9. Click "Submit" to submit the experience.

10. Your progress tracking will update, and the details of the experiences will populate to the table at the bottom.

11. If you need to delete or edit an entry, contact the Streams program coordinator.
