Overview
This article explains how to view assessments completed about you and generate summary reports in Elentra. This feature is available for any assessment shared with students.

Viewing Individual Assessment Forms
1. Log in to Elentra.

2. Click the Assessment & Evaluation badge in the top right corner of your dashboard.

3. Click the Tasks Completed on Me tab.

4. Browse the list of completed tasks. Click View Task to open the individual assessment form. To download multiple forms at once as a PDF, check the box on each task card and click Download PDF(s).
Generating a Report of Assessments
1. From the same Assessment & Evaluation area, click My Reports.

2. Use the search bar to enter a Clerkship name, or use the date range fields to narrow your results.
3. Click the options drop-down menu and select Generate report.

4. A summary report of all responses matching your filters will be generated. Click Download PDF in the upper right corner to save the report.
