Tracking a Student's Committee Members and Meetings on the Committee Tab

1. Choose the Committee tab on the appropriate student's profile.

2. At the top are listed all current members of the student's committee, based on start and end dates.

3. Below that are two sections:

A. A section for tracking committee members. Click "Add New" to create a new listing, or click on an existing listing to edit it. You can track the member's name, start and end dates on the committee, and whether there is related documentation uploaded to the Materials tab. Committee members will also populate to the Milestones tab for any milestone they were on the committee during.

B. A section for tracking committee meetings. Click "Add New" to create new listing, or click an existing listing to edit it. When creating a new listing, the popup (shown below) will auto-populate the "Attendees" section with all current members of the student's committee. Edit the list as appropriate. You should also record the date, any relevant notes, and whether there is related documentation uploaded to the Materials tab.
