1. Choose the Milestones tab on the appropriate student's profile.

2. The tab displays completed milestones imported from PeopleSoft, and incomplete milestones that have been manually entered. For each listing, the Committee column will auto-fill members of that student's committee based on the date of the milestone. It pulls their names from the Committee tab.
3. If you have the proper permissions, you can edit or update the listings as follows:
A. To add a new milestone, click the "Add New" link. Choose the type of milestone from the dropdown, and fill out the date, the status, the academic plan, and indicate if there is related documentation on the Materials tab. You will only be able to choose "Not Completed" as the status, since completed milestones will be imported from PeopleSoft.

B. To update an existing milestone, whether completed or not, click on its listing. You will only be able to edit the checkbox for related materials on the Materials tab.
