Application
- Each program has a distinct link to direct applicants into their application which was provided prior to the application’s opening.
- Applicants are prompted to create a username and password when starting their application.
- If an applicant forgets their username or password, they may reset it by clicking the ‘forgot your password’ link on the login page.

Portal
- Applicants will be directed to their applicant portal upon completing their application and will be sent the link in their application confirmation email.
- Applicants will use the system credentials that were created when starting their application to log into the portal.
- The content of the applicant portal changes based on what stage of the process they are in. You can view what is being shown to an applicant at any point of time by using the impersonation feature in the database view of the applicant.
