Adding Letter of Reference for Recommenders

Overview

These instructions are to be used when a recommender is having difficulty accessing the review form and loading their letter of recommendation.

 

Detail

1. Go to Manage side of Slate. Look up Applicant. Click on Application Tab.

2. Under the Checklist section, click on the name of the Recommendation that you would like to add a letter for. (This will pop open a few options below the name.)

3. Click Edit. This will bring you into the recommender eval form for that recommendation.

4. If you have the information from the recommender to fill out the evaluation appropriately, please do so.

    a. If not under (In what capacity have you known the applicant?) Click Other and Type “Admin”.

5. Scroll to the bottom, click Choose File and upload the recommendation letter. Then type “Admin” in the signature box and click Submit.
