Overview
This article outlines the current Assessment and Evaluation forms available in Elentra for the 2026–2027 academic year for electives, acting internships, advanced electives, and ILS courses. If you have questions about the forms or need permission to use them in Elentra, please submit a request to HSIT.
Please note that if you are copying over distribution setups from the previous year, you will need to select a new form. The previous forms have been retired but may still appear as selectable options when using the copy distribution tool.
