Viewing Grades in Learner Explorer

The Learner Explorer page allows faculty to explore a student's academic progress by drilling down through curriculum period, term, course, and individual assessment.

Course Directors can access grades for all students assigned to their course(s). Longitudinal Educators and Clinical Skills Preceptors can access grades for students assigned to their small groups.

1. Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the page and select My Learners from the drop down menu.

2. Select a course from the drop down menu to view the students enrolled in that course.

3. Click on the three-dot icon in the student's name card and select Learner Explorer.

4. Select a curriculum period from the drop down menu. This will display the student’s average grades across all terms for the selected period.

5. Click on View (#) Courses to display all course blocks for that term. For example, Foundations will display Keystone Fundamentals, Organ Systems, and Patient Centered Care courses.

6. To view assessment grades for a specific course, click View (#) Assessments. The Learner Assessments page displays all grades for the selected course.

7. To remove the curriculum period, term, or course filters, click the grey X to the right of the filter you wish to remove. In the Courses view, this will display course grade averages across all curriculum periods and terms. In the Learner Assessments view, this will display all assessment scores across all curriculum periods, terms, and courses.
