Financial Reporting & Income Statements
The Fiscal Panther Hub is a series of dashboards created to provide University administrators greater visibility into all financial data in one platform, including transaction level details. Data from multiple systems, including Grants Forecasting and Operating Funds Forecasting, is exported to Fiscal Panther every evening allowing users to reconcile current transactions and view current and projected financial balances. To get access to these dashboards, please follow these instructions for the General Ledger Mart User request. You must request a group with Payroll access in order to view labor distribution information.

Fiscal Panther: Entity 02, 03 Operating is used to review and manage operating (02/03 account) activity. Data is available by RC and Department within income statement subcode hierarchy, expandable to the individual subcode level detail. Labor Distribution details and encumbrances from PantherExpress and the forecasting applications are available. Additional Information | Go to Dashboard

Fiscal Panther: Purpose-Based is used to review and manage purpose based (non-zero purpose number) account activity in entities 02, 04, 06 and 09. Data is available by RC and Department within income statement subcode hierarchy, expandable to the individual subcode level detail. Fiscal Panther: Grants Administration is used to review and manage grant funding, spending, and projections for active grants. It pulls together data across PRISM, PBCS, and PERIS/MyFunding to provide account administrators a unified view of their budgets vs. actual spend and encumbrances at the RC, Department, and individual project level. Fiscal Panther: Grants by End Date is for reviewing active project by the award end date, to quickly find projects that are past then end date or ending in the next 30, 60, 90 days and beyond. Additional Information | Go to Dashboard

Fiscal Panther: Transaction Review is for reviewing and searching GL transactions for accounts, filterable by FY, month and account segment. PantherExpress encumbrance detail is included. Additional Information | Go to Dashboard

Fiscal Panther: Actual & Projected Labor provides visibility into historical labor distribution expenses, current SPAR and TEAM data for salaried and bi-weekly employees, respectively, historical SPAR distributions and individual employee labor expenses and SPAR/TEAM information. Human Resources
On the HR Analytics, you can view trends in head count, terminations, and new hires. You can also summarize employees by demographic characteristics; or export contact lists of current employees by Responsibility Center (RC) or Department. You can also inspect an individual employee’s record in-detail. Additional Information | Go to Dashboard

Sponsored Project Information for Grant Administrators
Several dashboards have been created to provide increased visibility for the overall activation and modification of sponsored projects between the PERIS™ MyFunding and PRISM RPA applications, including subaccount activations. The data in the dashboards is not limited by RC/department, users will be able to view the high-level data across departments. RC administrators control who has access to these within their respective areas. See the Sponsor Project SharePoint site for additional information.
The dashboards have been created in Tableau and can be found under the RC View and Researcher Overview folders. Data is refreshed nightly from the previous day's activity.

The PERIS: RC View dashboards tracks awards and subaccounts as they traverse between the pre-award stage (tracked in the Peris MyFunding system) and post-award stage (tracked in the Prism RPA application). This PERIS: Researcher Overview dashboard offers a summary of submitted and awarded project proposals entered into the MyFunding application. We provide different views where you can search for summary and detailed information about projects associated with a particular PI, non-PI collaborator, Department, or Project Title/Keyword. Contact your designated RC approver to request access. If you are unsure of the approver, you can use the list here below to find points-of-contact for each Responsibility Center. Student Records
The following dashboards and reports have been built to facilitate reporting on student-related data and outcomes coming from PeopleSoft. To get access to these dashboards, please follow these instructions to make a Student Mart data request.

The Class Schedule dashboard offers a summary of University classes, including information on the number and frequency of offerings, enrollment capacity, waitlist capacity, and assigned instructors so that users can analyze trends in class demand and instructor load. The Active Student dashboard summarizes current “active students” (students are de-activated after three terms of inactivity). Use this dashboard to view a breakdown of students by program or degree, generate contact lists, or identify students with roadblocks to enrollment. The Graduation dashboard provides academic and degree information for students who graduated in a selected Fiscal Year/Academic Term. Use this dashboard to view the graduation numbers by degrees and academic plans or demographic metrics and to generate a list of students with their respective graduation addresses. The Student Enrollment dashboard focuses on student-level information including current enrollments and student characteristics. This dashboard is essential for staff and faculty requiring detailed, current academic information on student enrollments, performance indicators, and demographics. Advisors can access individual student details and contact information to offer personalized support, while department chairs can analyze demographic trends to inform program decisions. The data source offers academic and enrollment information for students enrolled in a selected term. The Student Enrollment and Tuition Forecasts dashboard offers summary-level student enrollment, tuition, credits, and budgets (forecasts). The data is budgeted for school, career level, load, residency, and tuition attributes. The focus of this dashboard's use is high-level, aggregated data and forecasting with an expectation of experience using Tableau.
