- Manage multiple data sets: Simultaneously manage multiple data sets using near real-time data
- Operating Budget Planning: This application is used for the annual operating (02/03) budget creation and loaded process managed by RC business administrators and the Budget & Planning Office. Detailed income statements and budget reports can be found here.
- RC Resource Proposal (RCRP): RCRPs are the first step in the budget formulation process. The RCRP process is an opportunity for RCs to consider how to leverage and realign resources to further strategic priorities that advance the Plan for Pitt.
- Enrollment and Tuition Revenue Projections: Student Financial Services works with each school to create enrollment and tuition projections in this module to inform the Budget ReSTART and annual budget processes.
- Grants Forecasting: Grants Forecasting provides departments the ability to forecast compensation expenses at the employee level and non-compensation expenses at the subcode/account level for all grant accounts (entity 05 accounts only). Summarized 05 forecasts are exported to OFF nightly.
- Operating Funds Forecasting (OFF) : OFF provides departments the ability to forecast compensation expenses at the employee level and non-compensation expenses at the subcode/account level for all non-grant accounts (entities 02, 03, 04, 06, 09).

Special Considerations
Oracle has rebranded the suite offering to EPM or Enterprise Performance Management, however we are continuing to use PBCS in University communications for consistency purposes.
