Training Request Form

Customized Training

This form should be used to request training for your department or team with one of our Learning and Development specialists. The training can be held virtually or in-person on the Oakland campus at a location of your choice. Use the drop down to choose from the list of courses that we currently offer. You may request a topic that is not currently offered by using the 'Other' field. Requests will be reviewed promptly and you will be contacted by someone from our team to schedule time to discuss the details of your request. Please note that requests for a course that is not currently offered will take several weeks or more to develop.

When you are signed in, your name and contact information will automatically be included with your request. If you do not have a Pitt account, fill out your name and contact information on this form.

The subject should be a few words describing the nature of the request.
Please choose the course desired. If more than one available course is needed, please choose 'Multiple courses desired.'
Please use commas to separate the names of these courses.
Please note that requests for a course not currently offered will take several weeks or more to develop.
