Overview
The Student Mart in the University Data Warehouse contains information about admissions, enrollment, class enrollment, class schedule, course catalog, tuition, financial aid, freshman retention and graduation. The Student Mart data is updated daily (except Sunday), but you can also find term census, monthly, and in some cases daily, snapshots of the data. The data in the student mart may be accessed by Tableau, SQL query, and other means.
Access to the Student Mart is governed by Federated Authorization, ensuring users only have access to the data required to fulfill their University responsibilities.
Information Technology has developed an online Federated Authorization process that makes requesting access faster and easier. It retains all the security and auditing benefits of a paper-based process while eliminating the need to print forms, obtain handwritten signatures, and fax forms to additional approvers.
To request access to the Student Mart data as well as Restricted Access which includes demographics, performance indicators, financial aid information, personal identifiers and access to additional schools' data, log in to the Federated Authorization Community.
Note: You need to have access to the Student Mart data to request access to Restricted data, or request both at the same time.
