Overview
OneDrive includes custom permission levels to assign to users.

On the normal sharing screen, only Can Edit (Contribute) and Can View (Read) can be selected, but these advanced permissions can be found in the Advanced Settings screen from the ellipsis (...).

Custom permission levels can also be created if the default permission levels do not suit your needs. For example, you may require a collaborator to edit and add new files to a folder, but you do not want them to delete any files.
