Contracts+: Services Agreement

A contract request for a services agreement should be entered into Contracts+ if the services agreement is for an amount greater than $15,000.  The services agreement request should also be used for services agreements that have non-standard terms and conditions (supplier provided agreement). 

When not to use the Contract+ Service Agreement: 

• If a service agreement is under $15,000 and has standard terms - the Short Form Services Agreement Specialty Form should be used for the agreement. You can read more about the Short Form Services Agreement Specialty Form here.
