The Loan for Use Agreement is used when a supplier is lending a piece of equipment to the University on a short-term (no longer than six months) basis. This agreement may be used when a department wishes to evaluate a piece of equipment prior to purchase or under other circumstances when a piece of equipment is being provided by a supplier to the University on a short-term basis for no fee.
