Introduction
Faculty are eligible for a new computer under the Faculty Computer program every 5 years. This article describes the process that should be followed to purchase one.
Details
- Check with your OA or Gina Olinski for eligibility.
- If eligible, they will give you a link for a survey to determine what your needs are for the machine (this will help with select the appropriate machine)
- Fill out the FC Survey
- Once delivered, reach out to your dept IT to have it added to the Pitt IT computer management system (a Dietrich School requirement)
