Faculty Computer Purchase Process for Dietrich School (DSAS)

Introduction

Faculty are eligible for a new computer under the Faculty Computer program every 5 years. This article describes the process that should be followed to purchase one.

 

Details

  1. Check with your OA or Gina Olinski for eligibility.
  2. If eligible, they will give you a link for a survey to determine what your needs are for the machine (this will help with select the appropriate machine)
  3. Fill out the FC Survey
  4. Once delivered, reach out to your dept IT to have it added to the Pitt IT computer management system (a Dietrich School requirement)
