This article describes how to forward your calls to a delegate in Microsoft Teams.

Before completing the steps below, you must set up a delegate in Teams.
1. Open Teams and click your account image or initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click Settings.
3. On the Calls sub menu, toggle the option to Forward All Calls.
4. Select the options to choose how calls will be forwarded, when delegates can't answer, and how long to ring before redirecting a call.
