Microsoft Teams: Forward Your Boss's Calls to Yourself

Overview

This article describes how to forward your supervisor's calls to yourself in Microsoft Teams.

Detail

Before completing the steps below, you must first be set up as a delegate for your boss in Teams

1. Open Teams and click your account image or initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

2. Click Settings.

3. On the General page, scroll to the bottom and click Manage delegates.

4. Under People you support, click the ellipsis (…) on the account you want to change (i.e., your boss's account).

5. Click Change call settings.

6. Select Forward my calls and change the Forward to: drop-down option to My delegates.
