Clearing Examplify Registration and Re-Registering

Overview

 

If you previously accessed Examplify under the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine instance, you’ll need to clear your registration and re-register under the unified University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences system to continue using the application. This guide explains how to complete that process so you're properly connected for future Summative assessments.

 

Detail

 

1. Launch Examplify on any device(s) you use to take exams.

2. Click the Home Menu in the top left corner, then go to Settings.

3. Select Clear Registration.

4. Re-launch Examplify. When prompted, search for pitths in the institution search bar and choose University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences.

5. You will be prompted to sign in with your Pitt credentials.
 

6. After logging in, confirm that the top menu now shows University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences instead of University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
