What do I do if my OAC account is locked?
Typically an account is locked when a user attempts to enter a username and password in the login window rather than selecting the "pittpassport" link for authentication. Please submit a help ticket to the Technology Help Desk and ask that it be assigned to ERP Financials for resolution.
What is the use of the As is column?
