PeopleSoft and HighPoint CX (Campus Experience) is not accessible from Guest-Wireless or Eduroam. The issue may present itself as the page not loading, "This site can't be reached", "Connection timed out" or as an error, such as a 503 error.

University Wi-Fi Networks

Domain pitcsprd.csps.pitt.edu is not accessible from PITT-GUEST-WIFI or EDUROAM. If on campus and using a University Wi-Fi Network, please make sure your device is connected to WIRELESS-PITTNET if attempting to access PeopleSoft of HighPoint CX.

Additional Troubleshooting

After confirming you are connected to WIRELESS-PITTNET and you are still unable to access PeopleSoft or HighPoint CX (Campus Experience), please take the following steps to help us troubleshoot further. Go to https://my.pitt.edu/ and sign in.

  1. Locate or search for the PeopleSoft Student Information System or PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX task, and click on it.
  2. Enter Pitt Passport Username and Password if prompted.
  3. You should be taken to the PeopleSoft Homepage or HighPoint CX Dashboard.
  4. If you experience an issue in the above steps, please let us know at which step and if encountering any errors or messages, provide a screen shot if possible.
