Available Programming Options
Security Consultations
Departments or individuals may request support or guidance from the Pitt IT Security team in the form of personalized security consultations. In these cases, a department, team, or individual engages with Pitt IT to discuss their IT environments or scenarios. Then, the security team puts together their official recomendations based on University requirements, department needs, and industry best practices. Submit a ticket via the Technology Help Desk to set up a consultation.
Community Engagement and Presentations
Similar to consultations, a department may request of the Security team a presention of information on a particular topic for a team or group. Submit a ticket via the Technology Help Desk to request a presentation.
