- In the top menu, select Admin > Assessment & Evaluation.

- Open the Student Assessment distribution for your course by clicking the distribution title.

- The Progress page displays three views: Available Delegations, Completed Delegations, and Upcoming Delegations.
- Available Delegations shows delegation tasks that are currently open. You can view completed assessments before closing a delegation task.
- Completed Delegations contains delegation tasks that have been marked complete.
- Upcoming Delegations lists tasks that have not yet been delivered and their scheduled delivery dates.
- Click the panel at the bottom of each box to switch between views.

- In Available Delegations and Completed Delegations, students are listed in the first column, assessors in the second, the date the assessment was delegated in the third column, and the assessment status is in the fourth.
- Completed assessments are labeled Complete with the completion date in parentheses. Tasks that have been delegated but not yet started are marked Not Started. In-progress tasks show In Progress with the start date in parentheses. If no assessor was assigned, No assessors have been delegated for this target will display.

- To view a completed assessment, click Complete in the Assessment Status column next to the student’s name. The completed assessment will open in a new window.

- Scroll down through the page to see the assessor’s feedback.
- To download the assessment as a PDF, click Download PDF.

- If the assessment form is incomplete or needs revisions, click Reopen Task to send it back to the assessor.
- You must select a Reason for Reopening. If you choose Other, enter an explanation in the text box.
