Logging in to Zoom Meetings and Webinars

Complete the steps below to log in to a Zoom event with your University username and password. If you have not yet done so, be sure to download the Zoom desktop client before you begin.  

1. Click the link in the event invitation. When prompted, click Open Zoom Meetings (note - prompt language may vary based on the web browser being used).

2. If the event is restricted only to individuals at Pitt, a pop-up message will prompt you to sign in. Click Sign in to Join

3. Click the SSO icon.  

4. In Company Domain, enter pitt (so the full domain reads pitt.zoom.us) and click Continue.

5. Enter your University username and password to log in. If prompted, click Open Zoom to launch the desktop client.
