This article walks you through getting started with Lecture Capture (Panopto) Recorder on a macOS-based computer.

 

Detail

Logging In

  1. Locate the Lecture Capture (Panopto) Recorder under Applications and run the app.

  2. Click Sign In.
    Sign in to Panopto

  3. Type your University Computing Account username and password in the and click Submit.
    Note:Lecture Capture (Panopto) uses the Pitt Passport single sign-on service for multifactor authentication.

  4. Click Create New Recording.
