Overview
Undergraduate Admissions Applicants (Students) provide a Self-reported Transcript and Academic Records (STARS) as part of their admissions application. The Self-reported Transcript and Academic Record System, formerly SRAR, is a list of courses and associated grades that have been completed or will be completed for high school or college credit. The STARS record is required for domestic first-year US students and replaces the official high school transcript during the Admissions Committee review process.
Detail
The Self-Reported Transcript and Academic Record System (STARS) does not utilize University of Pittsburgh Computing Accounts such as an Applicant Account or Sponsored Account for example. Applicants must log into STARS with the same email address and password created when submitting the initial undergraduate admissions application.
