How do I access this service?

How do I request this service?

  • Applicants and Students
    Applicants and Students are granted self-service access to PeopleSoft automatically.
  • Faculty
    Faculty are granted self-service instructor access automatically after their school or department sets them up as an Instructor within PeopleSoft.
  • Advisors and Staff
    A Federated Authorization Request is required to provision access for Advisors and Staff. Advisors may be required to complete the University of Pittsburgh Advising and Certification Training program (Pitt ACT) as well before access is granted. Requests are processed 8:30 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Alumni
    Alumni that graduated in Spring 2015 (Term 2154) or later retain limited student self-service access to PeopleSoft.
