Overview
Pitt Digital offers a powerful Enterprise Digital Signage solution, powered by Poppulo, to support University departments in creating, managing, and sharing engaging content across campus. The platform supports a wide variety of media formats including videos, websites, PowerPoint videos, interactive maps, RSS feeds, live data streams, PDFs, and more giving content administrators the flexibility to tailor messaging to their audiences.
With centralized control, departments can manage signage across multiple buildings from a single interface. The system also encourages collaboration by allowing departments to share and display content on each other’s signs, enhancing communication and visibility throughout the University.
In the event of a campus emergency, Pitt Police can broadcast alerts instantly across all enterprise digital signs to ensure rapid and widespread notification.
To help departments deploy effective signage, Pitt Digital provides consulting services to identify the most suitable hardware solutions, along with training for staff who will manage their department’s signage systems.
