The TeamDynamix Project Portfolio Management application allows for the management of projects, programs, and portfolios within a single platform. You can use as little or as much of the functionality of TeamDynamix as appropriate for your project management needs.

  • Scalable and comprehensive tool: Manage projects, programs, and/or portfolios within TeamDynamix. Use as little or as much of the functionality as necessary to meet your project and/or project portfolio management needs.  
  • Multiple project management methodologies: Allow for simple or complex project plans/schedules leveraging Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, or Card Wall
  • Single project management platform: Track and manage resources, plans/schedules, cross-project and cross-functional dependencies, issues, risks, baselines, documents, and/or budget performance.
  • Resourced Assigned Task Management: Plan, schedule, and assign tasks within a plan to project resources and identify start dates, end dates, and completion percentage.
  • Foster team collaboration and better communication: Leverage the use of feeds, notifications, storage integration with Microsoft OneDrive, and integration with Microsoft Teams
  • Monitor and visualize real-time project performance: Leverage out-of-the-box reporting and/or easily create dashboards and reports with drill-down capabilities to monitor key project performance indicators.
