Globus for Microsoft OneDrive: How to Share Files Using a Globus Guest Collection

As with other Globus collections, files can be shared from the OneDrive collection with other people by creating a guest collection. To create a guest collection, select the folder you want to share then click the “Share” button:

Next, click “Add a Guest Collection”:

Ensure the folder shown is the path you would like to share. Add a descriptive display name for your collection – this is what people will search for to find it. Then click “Create Collection”:

Next, click the “Add Permission – Share With” button, keep the path set to “/”, enter the email address of whom you would like to share your new guest collection, and optionally check the “write” box to provide access to create and delete files. Finally, click “Add Permission”:
