Overview
The purpose of this article is to explain how to resolve the error message: "Unexpected Error Occurred" when attempting to open a PDF in HighPoint CX. The most common occurrence of receiving this error message is when someone is trying to view a PDF version of their unofficial transcripts.
Issue
The error message displayed in the screen shot below appears when clicking the View PDF button in HighPoint CX after navigating to Academics > View Unofficial Transcript.
Resolution
Pop-ups must be allowed to open from HighPoint CX. This can be done in a variety of ways and depends on the browser that is being used.
