The university has partnered with Canon Solutions America to consolidate our printing services and devices down to a manageable and scalable product.

Remaining Ricoh Devices

Doing Better Business (DBB) is responsible for providing all repair service and supplies for the current University fleet of Ricoh Multifunctional Printer Equipment. This service agreement will support the University office print operations while we transition to Canon.

For repair service and supplies until new units are placed, please call (800) 456‐1977, go online to and fill in the form, or email firsttouch@doingbetterbusiness.com with the following information:

  • Ricoh Model & Equipment ID
  • Department Name, Building, and Room Number
  • Contact Name and Phone Number
  • Supply description if requesting a supply item

Toner Bottle Program

New toner is auto shipped from Canon to your office/building when the device senses toner is low. No need to order yourself.

Service Calls

For repair services, please call (800) 355-1385, or send an email to canonsupport@pitt.edu and include the following information:

  • Model & Equipment ID
  • Department Name, Building, and Room Number
  • Contact Name and Phone Number
