What is uniFLOW

uniFLOW has been designed to act as one integrated platform for all document processes - printing and scanning. Leveraging the usage, you can walk up to a Canon multifunction printer and use it easily with your account. It has been integrated with your Pitt ID, email, OneDrive and SharePoint. The printing tools allow you to leverage printing via Windows, macOS and Linux devices, as well as your mobile devices.

Tools include:

  • a printer driver on Windows or macOS;
  • mobile apps from Apple App Store and Google Play;
  • a Chrome extension;
  • a web browser drag and drop feature; and
  • an email tool.

Why Use It?

uniFLOW offers numerous features which help reduce printing and copying costs. The key drivers that facilitate significant cost reduction are:

  • Automatic deletion of unreleased print jobs.
